I am a Ph.D. candidate in English at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I teach courses in basic research and composition, as well as surveys of American literature. This semester, I am teaching a course entitled "The Dirty South: Southern Literature Since 1970" in which I incorporate various technologies to better contextualize the texts for my students.
